What I built

  • Connected Workday via RaaS to pull live temporary workforce data into Google Sheets
  • Built scoring logic that calculates a weighted score per worker within a specific time period
  • Prompt-engineered with Claude Opus 4.6 to develop Apps Script logic; cross-referencing worker data against safety scores and compute bonus amounts based on score thresholds
  • Built 6-month milestone eligibility logic — including whether a cycle resets and a second bonus round is triggered
  • Integrated payroll schedule awareness so the system knows when each cycle is relative to pay dates
  • Automated email notifications to generate EIB loads and execute timely payroll in Workday

I sit at the intersection of HR strategy, systems architecture, and AI automation — a rare combination that lets me go from identifying a process problem to building technical solutions, end to end.

At Nuro, I've been recognized as a leading AI contributor within the People team, driving adoption of automation tools and best practices across the org. But more than adoption — I build the infrastructure myself.

Most HR professionals can use Workday. Far fewer can configure its security model, build RaaS integrations, write Apps Script logic, and use AI to scaffold custom dashboards. I do all of that.

I'm looking for a People Systems and Automation role where I can scale this kind of impact — in a larger team, with more complex systems challenges.
